Rick Coco brings 47+ years of experience in the real estate industry in the Merrimack Valley & Southern New Hampshire, serving both Andover and North Andover, as well as Boxford, Haverhill, Lawrence, & Methuen. 28 of those years have been at RE/MAX, with 18+ years as a Broker/Owner. He is a Certified Relocation Professional, Certified Buyers Representative, Graduate of the Realtor Institute, Accredited Buyer Representative, Certified Property Distress Expert, has his Quality Service Certification, Platinum Club, Hall of Fame, Lifetime Achievement, Multi-Office Owner and currently serves as a member of the board of directors on the Methuen Historical Society. He was a Vice President of the Historic District Commission and served for a number of years on the Board of Directors for the Northeast Association of Realtors.

Nancy brings 21+ years of Real Estate experience to The Rick Coco Team and RE/MAX Partners in Andover, along with 39+ years of Customer Service skills.
She grew up and still resides in the Merrimack Valley area.
Her job responsibilities include assisting Rick with buyers and sellers, preparing listing packages and brochures, inputting listings into MLSPIN, marketing listings and updating Rick's website.
Once properties go under contract, she coordinates and tracks due dates for Home Inspections, Purchase and Sale Agreements, Appraisals, Financing and Closings.
She interacts with Buyer Agents, Lenders, and Attorneys to assure that transactions close in a timely manner.
